Ashtanga is a dynamic form of yoga that focuses on the practice of Asanas (postures) coordinated with proper breathing (Pranayama).
We will practice the Primary Series in the first part and Pranayama and meditation in the second part.
This workshop is aimed at anyone interested in learning the practice of Ashtanga yoga, regardless if they have done yoga before and their physical condition.
